Problems we help with
Design
- Our brand looks different everywhere it appears.
- The website looks fine, but it doesn't move anyone to act.
Development
- Enquiries arrive by email and get re-typed into a spreadsheet.
- Our CRM, website and email tool don't talk to each other.
Marketing
- We post regularly, but we can't tell what's working.
- Sales and marketing use different lists and different numbers.
One studio, the whole job
This page started as a sketch. Most of our work does.
In most organisations, design, development and marketing sit with different teams and different agencies. Things get lost between them. Rind does all three, with the commercial goal in view from the first sketch.
01 Design
It starts with how it looks and feels.
Brand, interfaces and digital experiences, shaped around what the business needs to achieve, not just what looks good.
More on design02 Development
Then it's built to work properly.
Websites, platforms and integrations, connected to your CRM, analytics and the tools your team already uses. Practical AI where it saves real time.
More on development03 Marketing
Then it goes out into the world.
Campaigns, email, content and search that look and sound like the site, because the same person shaped both.
More on marketing04 Commercial
And it's measured against the goal.
One plain-English report: what moved, what didn't and what to do next. The goal was agreed before the first sketch.
Illustrative brand, not a client.
Mapping before building
Every connected system starts as a process map.
Dru maps processes on a shared whiteboard with the people who run them. The map is where the real brief appears: which systems need to talk to each other, what can be automated, and what should stay human.
We sit down with your team and map how work really moves today: every step, every tool and every hand-off. Everyone recognises it, because they helped draw it.
- Customer fills in the form on your website
- Email lands in a shared inbox
- Details are re-typed into a spreadsheet
- Follow-up call, when someone remembers
- Quote built in a document
- Customer waits for the quote
- Invoice raised in accounts
- Monthly report, pulled together by hand
The map shows where time and customers get lost: details typed twice, enquiries with no owner, slow follow-ups and reports built by hand. Those are the places worth fixing first.
- Shared inbox: no one owns it
- Spreadsheet: typed twice
- Follow-up: leads go cold
- Monthly report: hours every month
Then we design how your systems should talk to each other, and build it. Website, CRM, automation, email, quotes, accounts and reporting are connected, so information is entered once and the team spends its time on customers.
- Website to CRM: lead created
- CRM to automation: owner assigned
- Automation to email: follow-up drafted by AI, sent by a person
- Automation to quotes: quote from a template
- Quotes to accounts: invoice on acceptance
- CRM and accounts to reporting: live pipeline and revenue

Founder-led
Led by a designer who thinks commercially.
Rind is led by Dru Patel, a product designer by training. Dru did design placements at Dyson and Jaguar Land Rover, then spent seven years in-house at Humax, from digital designer to marketing manager, including the launch of Humax Aura. Dru leads every engagement personally, from first sketch to live results. Rind takes on a small number of engagements at a time, and brings in trusted specialists when the work needs them.
